What this site collects
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or third-party trackers. The only personal data collected is what you submit voluntarily through the contact form: name, email address, optional company and sector, and your message.
Purpose and legal basis
Data submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
Enquiry delivery
Contact form submissions are transmitted through the Resend email delivery service so that they reach the company's configured email address. The submitted contact details and message are included in that transmission and are processed for the purpose of delivering the enquiry.
Embedded map
The website embeds a map from OpenStreetMap to display the company's location in Darmstadt. When the map is loaded, your browser establishes a technical connection to the OpenStreetMap embed service. In that process, technical connection data such as your IP address, browser information, and the time of the request may be transmitted to the map provider. The map is provided only for location display.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond to and, where applicable, document the resulting business relationship, and is deleted when no longer needed for that purpose or for a legal retention obligation.
