What this site collects
This site uses Google Analytics 4 only after you have given explicit consent. Before consent, analytics storage is denied and analytics scripts are not loaded. If you use the AI Business Officer, the chat messages and conversation history you submit are processed to generate a response. The contact form collects the information you choose to provide: name, email address, optional company and sector, and your message.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact-form data is used to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to take requested pre-contractual steps, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Google Analytics 4 is used for website measurement only after explicit consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The AI Business Officer uses submitted chat data to provide an informational response; depending on the configured provider, processing may be performed by Anthropic or OpenAI. Do not submit confidential, financial, or sensitive personal information to the assistant.
Enquiry delivery
Contact-form submissions are transmitted through the Resend email delivery service so that they reach the company's configured email address. The submitted contact details and message are included in that transmission. The contact message only is also sent to the EGT-OS lead-qualification service for classification; no CRM record is currently persisted by this website. Where Google, Resend, Anthropic, OpenAI, or EGT-OS process data outside the EEA, the transfer is handled using a legally applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards required by data-protection law.
Embedded map
The website embeds a map from OpenStreetMap to display the company's location in Darmstadt. When the map is loaded, your browser establishes a technical connection to the OpenStreetMap embed service. In that process, technical connection data such as your IP address, browser information, and the time of the request may be transmitted to the map provider. The map is provided only for location display.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond to and, where applicable, document the resulting business relationship, and is deleted when no longer needed for that purpose or for a legal retention obligation. This website does not currently persist contact messages in a CRM. Analytics data and provider logs may be retained by the respective providers according to their own policies and applicable legal requirements.
LinkedIn integration (EGTarya Social Gateway)
EGTarya uses a LinkedIn Developer App ("EGTarya Social Gateway") internally so that authorized EGTarya administrators can connect to the EGTarya LinkedIn Page via LinkedIn's OAuth login. This integration does not store LinkedIn passwords. Only the data necessary for authentication, identifying the connected page or account, and authorized publishing on behalf of EGTarya is processed. LinkedIn member data obtained through this integration is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to data portability and objection. Contact info@egtarya.com to exercise these rights, or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
